30 DAYS RETURN POLICY
Our wish is to see that you are very happy with your Immaru Craft. However, we do understand that you may wish to return your purchase. Our return policy is 30 days from the day you receive your Immaru Craft. If you request to return after the 30 days upon the arrival of your Immaru Craft, we cannot offer you a refund.
Can I exchange my Immaru Craft with another one?
Since every Immaru Craft is a unique work of art, each piece is single in stock and we cannot offer an exchange. We kindly ask you to place a new order for the Craft you decide you like better and prefer to have.
We admire and respect the efforts and artistry of hands that brought life to each Immaru piece. We feel you share the same view with us, so we believe that you return your Craft with care. To be eligible for a return, the Immaru piece must be unused and must be in the same condition as you receive it. To complete your return, we require your invoice (proof of purchase).
OUR PROCESS OF REFUNDS
Once we have your package, we must carefully check if the Immaru Craft is still in its original condition. As soon as the inspection is done, we will email you to notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If the Immaru Craft is sent in its original condition and you are eligible for a refund, your purchase amount will be refunded within several days to your original method of payment and we will share this important information with you also via an email. We kindly ask you to keep in mind that the process may take up to several business days after we receive your return.
Is your refund not in your account yet?
We understand that it can be inconvenient to wait for refunds in general. If you have not received your refund yet, we initially ask you to contact your credit card provider and/or your bank. If you still have not received your refund yet, please go to our contactpage and fill in your details. We will gladly assist you.
HOW CAN I RETURN MY IMMARU CRAFT?
For returning your product, please contact us via email and we will provide you with the further details.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your Crafts. Your refund will be the value of the Crafts you purchased. Since all deliveries are free of shipping charges, we can't refund any delivery costs.
